This EVOO is made solely by mechanical procedures or by other physical means under conditions, especially thermal ones. These procedures do not alter the oil, therefore its treatment consists of washing, decanting, centrifuging and filtering.

We have a careful selection of extra virgin olive oils of different varieties, among which the Cornicabra, Picual, Arbequina and Hojiblanca stand out.
