Stock cubes

Stock cubes are very easy to use and have a long shelf life. Simply dissolve a cube in a half-litre of boiling water and the broth is ready.

We have manufacturing technologies for both dry hard cubes and wet soft paste.

The flexibility of our lines allows for manufacturing packs with 2, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 24 and 48 cubes, as well as jars with 40, 60, 70 and 90 cubes.

Bouillons in tubs

Bouillons in tubs is the ideal format for use in the foodservice industry. We have manufacturing technologies both for bouillon powder and for bouillon paste in tubs.

Bouillon powder in bags is the ideal format to be used in the industrial ingredient industry.

Jelly stock pots

In addition to regular uses for any type of bouillon, jelly stock pots can be directly added to sautés and roasts, providing flavour and juiciness to these dishes thanks to immediate dissolution.

Liquid bouillon in carton

The carton is the fastest and easiest bouillon format to use. This is a liquid bouillon, ready to be used as broth, as a base for soups or sauces, or as condiments to flavour brews and stews. The format has an open/close cap for better preservation after opening.

Dry simmer soups in sachets are quick and easy to prepare. You need only empty the contents of the sachet into a litre of water, simmer and stir for a few minutes, and you will get 4 servings of soup for the whole family.

 

 

Instant soups in a box

We manufacture packs with 3, 4 or 5 smaller sachets of instant soups inside a box. Simply empty the contents of a small sachet into 200ml (a cup) of boiling water, stir, and it is ready

 

 

Liquid soups in carton

Liquid soups in carton have all the characteristics of home-made recipes, ready to be used. They need only be heated to enjoy them. The carton format has an open/close cap for better preservation after opening. What is more, our technology provides all sorts of textures, chunks and noodles in our soups.

Our sauce and gravy assortment

We manufacture a wide range of sauce recipes for each market and client: green pepper sauce, béchamel sauce, demi-glace sauce, mushroom sauce, cheese sauce, hollandaise sauce, béarnaise sauce, chasseur sauce, curry sauce, etc. And gravies: beef gravy, roast gravy, chicken gravy, onion gravy, etc.

 

 

Seasoning and oven bags

Simply put the chicken, meat, pork or fish into the oven bag, add the seasoning, tie the oven bag, shake and cook in the oven. The dish will be cooked in its own juice, without added fat, taking on all of the seasoning’s flavour. What is more, when the bag is removed from the oven, the tray will be clean.

We manufacture a wide range of specific seasoning recipes for each market and client: paprika and tomato, provincial herbs, garlic and onion, curry and coconut for chicken; lemon, dill and chive, cream and white wine, for fish; barbecued pork ribs; mustard grilled veal, etc.

 

Spice mixtures for cooking

Spice mixtures are an easy, simply way to kick your plates up a notch. The best way to make exotic, flavourful dishes: mixture for burritos and fajitas, tandoori mixture, couscous mixtures, for paella, for chilli con carne, etc.

 

 

Dressings for salads

Simply dissolve in water, olive oil, yoghurt or cream and add to your salads: dry tomato with basil, Parmesan and caramelised onion, green pesto, mint yoghurt, etc.

We manufacture Dry Pasta n’ Sauce and Savoury Rice. Simply pour the contents of a sachet into water, simmer for several minutes and you will obtain the pasta or rice dish, accompanied by its sauce.

1968

ESTABLISHMENT OF INTERAL, S.A.

Interal 1968

After leaving Starlux a fe!!!w years before, Franco Rossi established INTERAL in Pasajes, very near to the current facilities, and created the brand CHAMBO, which was introduced to the collective community market (schools, hospitals, prisons, military and police barracks…).

The 70s

INTERAL SPREADS THE CHAMBO BRAND THROUGHOUT ALL OF SPAIN

During the 70s, the selection was developed and complemented with a series of products from third-party companies. A network of representatives was consolidated on the national market, and we began paying attention to the disorganised retail market in Spain in place at that time.

At the end of the decade, we invested in new production lines to manufacture bouillon cubes.

EXPORTATION ACTIVITY BEGINS.

Our first exportations to the European and African market, our broths reached markets such as Egypt and West Africa.

Thanks to the company’s strong growth, capacity amplification projects were carried out. Mr Rossi invited new shareholders and the company’s equity was increased.

Interal began manufacturing distributor brands.

In parallel fashion with the development of distribution Chains in Spain, we modernised our facilities to take on the challenge of developing distributor brand products. The result of all of these efforts was a new automated manufacturing plant, inaugurated in 1999.

2000s

QUALITY, INVESTMENT AND GROWTH

Interal 2000s

We continued with our investment and personnel training rhythm to meet the ever-increasing requirements of our international clients. Traceability, food safety and IFS and BRC certifications were implemented. The quality team went from 2 to 13 people.

Growth was constant, along with hiring personnel and new production lines. At the end of the decade, we were more than 115 people.

2009

FIRST LIQUID FACTORY

Interal 2009

In response to new consumer habits looking for more convenient and healthy solutions, Interal built a new totally automated factory with the latest technology to create a new selection of Doy-Pack products, ready to be heated and consumed, kept at room temperature and microwavable.

In a few years, more than 7 million units were produced.

We continue to work with a strong investment policy. Our purpose is to offer solutions that are appropriate for each and every one of our clients. More than anything else, we hedge our bets on innovation and developing new products.

Food Service

At Interal, we develop, manufactue and package bouillons, soups, condiments, sauces and other prepared foodstuffs, both in liquid and dehydrated form, under the most demanding international standards. We offer a complete range of products with recipes and formats adapted to industrial, Hotel and Restaurant and retail channels.

We have 3 production plants with different technologies (to preserve foodstuffs): dehydration, sterilisation for Doy Pack and UHT for Tetra. All of them are certified under BRC and IFS criteria, respecting the site in accordance with the ISO14001 standard and guaranteeing a working environment that is both demanding and careful with personnel.

We guarantee punctual service where the flexibility, reactivity and involvement of a relatively small organisation go hand-in-hand with the capability and trustworthiness of a large company.

The experience gained over the years has placed us as one of the reference-point companies throughout the world for distribution chains and large multi-national foodstuff companies in developing projects under their brands. Interal is a serious, trustworthy partner who guarantees the stability of the projects wherein they participate, as well as their clients’ peace of mind.

Our R+D department works both on adapting recipes to the tastes and needs of each market and on their own innovation projects.

Continuous improvement plays a role at Interal from the project conception phase all the way to delivery at our clients’ homes.

Today, Interal’s products are present in more than 35 countries, spread out of 4 continents. This multi-cultural setting provides us with a source of knowledge and learning that we apply to our work and product-development method.

International presence has always been important for INTERAL. This is why we take part in reference-point and distributor brand fairs in the food industry.
