Red garlic

CONDIFRANCE proposes a very large range and colorful varieties to fulfil all the needs of our consumers. Garlic is selected, prepared and packaged by hand to ensure the best visual appearance for our customers.

Our supply areas are recognized in the garlic world: White garlic from Lomagne (PGI), garlic from Drôme (PGI), pink garlic from Lautrec (PGI & Red Label Award) or purple garlic from Cadours (CAO) for France, but also garlic from Spain, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Peru etc.

Thanks to our partnerships with farmers in South America, our garlic is available throughout the year.

Range for Wholesalers

An ongoing effort to improve not only the quality but also our packagings

Our available products: Yellow (“Grano de Oro”), Red, White, Sweet or Pink Onions, from French, Spanich, Italian, Chilian or Australian Farmers

CONDIFRANCE proposes an authentic and traditional variety grown in Brittany, thanks to our partnership with the Glidic family. Also available the grey shallot: an age-old variety of shallot

Banana shallots

The latest addition to our range of condiments

We develop this new variety (also called “Echalion”) thanks to partnerships with innovative farmers. Its taste is original and subtle, midway between garlic and shallot

Squash & Pumpkin

Our goal: develop some medium-sized varieties, with a sweet taste and with a high source of dietary fibre, like the “Delica” Squash, the “Potimarron” Pumpkins or the “Musky” Squash

Sarawak Pepper

Sarawak (Malaysia) and Kampot (Cambodia) are muy famous for their productions of White and Black Peppers.

The Black pepper is produced from the still-green unripe drupes of the pepper plant. The drupes are cooked briefly in hot water, both to clean them and to prepare them for drying. The heat ruptures celle walls in the pepper, speeding the work of browning enzyme during drying. The drupes are dried in the sun or by machine for severay days, during which the pepper around the seed shrinks and darkens into a thin, wrinkled black layer. Once dried, the spice is called black peppercorn.

The White pepper consists of the seed of the pepper plant alone, with the darker-colored skin of the pepper fruit removed. This is usually accomplished by a process known as retting, where fully ripe red pepper berries are soaked in water for about a week, during which the flesh of the pepper softens and decomposes. Rubbing then removes what remains of the fruit, and the naked seed is dried. Sometimes alternative processes are used for removing the outer pepper from the seed, including removing the outer layer through mechanical, chemical or biological methods.

CONDIFRANCE is a dynamic company that specializes in the production, packaging and trading of Garlic, Shallots, Onions and Condiments

Forerunner in the trading of the red garlic and recognized for our quality products, we offer our customers a full range of condiments throughout the year, corresponding to the requirements of our buyers: wholesalers, cash and carry, stores, restaurants or gastronomy experts, in France and Europe, thanks to partnerships in France and around the globe

Our products are produced, harvested, selected, prepared and packaged by hand, respecting the customs, traditions and know-how of the local farmers

This know-how permits us to offer exceptional products for our customers

In the same way that the annual garlic festival in Beaumont-de-Lomagne gives visitors a chance to discover the know-how of the local farmers, CONDIFRANCE put forward our local traditions to our customers

Our business and philosophy

Understand the specific needs of our consumers, promote an environmentally friendly farming, in harmony with the traditions. This way of thinking and working enables us to propose the best products for our customers

Originality and Quality

All the varieties of garlic, onion, shallot and squash which provide visual and taste improvement are integrated in our ranges. Indeed, CondiFrance was a forerunner for several varieties, like red garlic from Argentina or Delica squash from France.

Our products are selected, prepared and packaged by hand, respecting the customs, traditions and know-how of the local farmers. Thanks to this handmade work, we ensure high-end products which satisfy our consumers with their visual and organoleptic specificities

Secure our supply processes and keep the local activity

The French crops can be commercialized during 6 months. That’s why CondiFrance tries to establish partnerships with farmers around the world: Spain, Argentina, Chile, Peru. But these imported products have to be in line with CondiFrance’s philosophy and requirements. The final packaging of these imported products is fulfilled by our partnerships around Beaumont-de-Lomagne.
